Why I Started This Blog
For years, I struggled with IBS, SIBO, chronic Lyme, and hypothyroidism. Like a lot of people, I was overwhelmed by conflicting advice and tired of feeling like I had to choose between flavor and health.
Eventually, I realized that healing didn't mean giving up joy - it just meant being more intentional with what I put on my plate.
I started creating recipes that made me feel good and excited to eat. Naturally gluten-free. Rooted in real ingredients. Always delicious. And totally doable on a busy weeknight.

- I'm a Certified Holistic Nutritional Consultant from the Institute of Holistic Nutrition

During COVID, my family and I completed the 75 Hard Challenge!
This challenge taught us the power of small daily habits, discipline, and mindset.

I'm a mother of 4 amazing kids and one of my greatest joys is nourishing my family and friends with satisfying delicious meals. I wanted to have recipes available for my teens to prepare when they're off to college and needing to cook quick and healthful meals and snacks. This has evolved into creating recipes for anyone in need of a little culinary inspiration.
I don't have a cookbook yet but it's definitely something I'm working towards. Exploring the possibility of sharing my recipes in a cookbook is an exciting journey, and I look forward to the day when I can bring the flavors of Eat Fresh Glow to your kitchen shelves.
