Experience a boost of natural energy with these 4 ingredient no-bake matcha green tea energy bites. They're loaded with antioxidants making them nourishing and delicious.
2tablespoonraw honey (use 1 tablespoon if you prefer less sweetness)
1tablespoonmatcha green tea powder
1tablespoonunrefined coconut oil
Instructions
Add all ingredients to the bowl of a food processor (I use a small processor). You can also use a high powered blender with the tamper tool, or a medium sized bowl and a spatula or wooden spoon.
Pulse for 30 seconds to 1 minute, until the ingredients are combine yet still textured. Or, mix all ingredients in a bowl with a spoon until well blended.
With your hands, roll about a heaping tablespoon of the mixture at a time, and form into balls.
Notes
Store in the fridge in an airtight container for up to two weeks.To freeze, place on a parchment lined baking sheet and freeze for 1 hour. Transfer balls to an airtight container and freeze for up to 3 months.
