Ingredients you'll need:

Dark chocolate chips are optional but so worth it!

Mix the sweet potato, nut butter, maple syrup and cacao powder.

If you're feeling extra chocolaty, toss in a handful of dark chocolate chips.

Pour the sweet potato brownie batter into prepared baking pan, spread evenly and bake.

Cool completely before cutting into squares.

Refrigerating the brownies before cutting will make it easier to achieve neat, firm squares.
