Ingredients you'll need:

pumpkin puree full-fat coconut milk pure maple syrup pure vanilla extract pumpkin pie spice cinnamon fine sea salt

Add all ingredients to food processor or high-speed blender.

Blend until smooth and creamy.

Pour into ice cream maker and follow manufacturer's instructions (about 20 minutes).

Scoop into freezer-safe container or loaf pan. Eat right away or cover and freeze for 2-4 hours.
