Cauliflower florets tossed in spicy sriracha and pure maple syrup. Spicy maple sriracha roasted cauliflower is slightly crispy and caramelized on the outside and tender on the inside.

To make florets start by cutting cauliflower head in half with a sharp knife.

Next, cut cauliflower head into quarters.

With a sharp knife, cut out core on a diagonal.

Break up or cut into evenly sized florets using your hands or a sharp knife.

Whisk together olive oil, maple syrup and sriracha. Add to cauliflower and toss well to coat. Spread evenly on baking sheet, careful not to overlap florets.

Roast for 25-30 minutes. The larger the florets, the longer the roasting time.

Serve with a sprinkle of flaky sea salt, red chili flakes and green onion.
