These irresistible healthy cookie dough bites are a delicious bite sized treat made with simple wholesome ingredients.

  • 2 tablespoons raw honey or maple syrup (42 grams)
  • 2 tablespoons coconut oil or ghee (28 grams)

  • 1/2 cup dark chocolate, chopped pea-sized or dark chocolate chips (50 grams)

  2. Blend or mix until completely combined.
  3. Transfer to a large bowl (if you're not already using one) and add the chocolate chunks or chips. Mix until combined.
